I offer a range of psychological services based on the core values of professionalism, trust and respect.  

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from University College London (UCL) and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Copenhagen.  I am authorised by the Danish Supervisory Board of Psychological Practice, and I have obtained specialist approval in clinical psychology and psychotraumatology from the Danish Psychological Association.

Through more than 20 years of work experience and ongoing professional development I have extensive knowledge and experience within the fields of health psychology, psychiatry, crisis- and disaster psychology and occupational psychology.   

I have expertise in trauma, anxiety, depression and stress disorders. Furthermore, over the past years I have specialised in neurodivergence such as ADHD/ADD and autism spectrum disorders.  

By integrating the latest theories and academic research into therapy sessions, I can develop a personalised treatment plan and offer you sessions that are individually tailored. 

My private practice has been accredited by the Danish Institute for Quality and Accreditation in Healthcare (IKAS). This means that you can be confident that the services provided meet the highest standards.
